Gao wei

1982' graduate of NUIST, research and professor of Colorado State University. He is one of the two top scientists of “University Variation Bureau” (UVB) of Agriculture Department of the U.S. He is also in charge of the Remote Sensing and Simulation Technology Application Project. He is the president of the Remote Sensing Project of the International Optical Engineering Society, member of the Asian Advisory Committee, member of the Ultraviolet Radiation Committee of the World Meteorological Organization, member of the Overseas Expert Advisory Council of the State Council of China. He was elected Fellow of the International Optical Engineering Committee in 2005.
