Zheng Guoguang

1982' Graduate of NUIST. PhD and postdoctoral researcher of Toronto University. He is one of the academic leaders on mechanism of hail formation and weather modification in China. He is the part-time professor of Peking University and NUIST. He is also working as the permanent representative of WMO in China and the member of WMO Executive Council. Now he is the Administrator of China Meteorological Administration (CMA.).
