He is the Dean of the National Key Laboratory for Atmospheric Science and the Earth' Fluid Mechanics in Atmospheric Physics Department of China Science Institute; he is the executive member of LAMAS; Chairman of China LAMAS Committee; SSG member of the International CLIVAR; Science Instruction member of International GEWEX; JSC member of WMO/ICSU/ICO; Deputy Chairman of LUGG China National Committee; Chief Editor of Adv.
