Xu Jianmin

1965' Graduate of NUIST, Academician of China Engineering Institute. He was once the Dean of China National Meteorology Centre; General Engineer of National Satellite Meteorology Centre and General Engineer of Ground Applied System for “Feng Yun-2” Static Meteorology Satellite. He was elected as the member of the 10th Session NPC Environment and Resource Committee. The research group headed by him solved the problem of high precision position for “Feng Yun-2” Meteorology Satellite Nephogram. He is one of the satellite experts in World Meteorology Organization.
