The school offers the first grade master’s degree for mathematics and the second grade PhD’s degree for space weather, which covers the majors including analysis, algebra, number theory, fluid dynamics and partial differential equations, numerical analysis and computational theory, applied probability statistics, data assimilation and quality control, and space weather. The school enrolls more than 40 postgraduates every year. The postgraduates have published more than 60 papers every year, where more than 10 papers are indexed by SCI. Every year the college holds an international forum for graduate students, international joint training, international graduate exchange, etc. In 2016 the school was selected as “Excellent” in the master degree’s authorization first grade discipline evaluation.
