Research Overview
Research in the School of Information and Control at NUIST covers a broad range of topics, including image processing, Internet of things, Instrument Science, electro-engineering, Control theory, etc.  The current major projects and research initiatives include “973” projects, “863” projects, China NNSF projects, and 40 research projects funded by the Ministry of Education, and Jiangsu Province, as well as other cooperation projects. The total Research funding has increased year by year. Meanwhile, the amounts of published academic papers are more than 1000 in which over 300 are indexed by SCI、EI、ISTP and the authorized patents obtained is over 100. Now there are Jiangsu advantage subject construction points of Automatic control and 5 reasonable structure and vigorousness research teams.
